Propose a "Staple a Green Card" bill for Military and Graduate non-citizens.

Submit a bill this week that represents a common Obama and Romney position to allow non-citizens who have made, or will make, a contribution to America, a Green Card for future citizenship.

1) Upon the honorable completion of their Military Service or an Advanced College Decree the potential citizen will received a green card that will allow them to remain in the county for a period sufficient for them to obtain citizenship.

2) For a period of up to 6 years, while they are in the military or working for the advanced degree, they will have a "workers" permit that allow them to legally remain in the country during that time.

3) Other reasonable conditions can be added such as: Non-Criminals, Ages, Previous residency.
