We the people want a Government that works for the people. In order to do so, we need representatives that will put the United States and it's people before any special interest, lobbyist, and/or re-elections. In order to do this, our representatives must be free of the fear of doing what's right and not being re-elected. Their job should be to better America and to do right by her citizens and residents. Therefore, by applying term limits they will be free to do what's right!
We propose that each person currently running and or in office receive two years and two terms in each house. After their time is done, the representative must either move on. If a representative has done two terms in the House of Representative and two in the Senate, they can retire or run for President.
