Propose a "Two States, Open Border Solution" to the Israeli-Palestinian territorial dispute.

The territorial disputes between Israel and Palestine are particularly complex, and both governments have set their "red lines" in such a manner that land swaps are difficult if not impossible to negotiate. Instead, we petition for serious dialogue on the possibility of eliminating territory from the dispute entirely - allowing these two political entities to preside over their respective citizens in a bi-national territory. While this does create new issues (such as rule of law disputes between citizens), it also has the potential to eliminate previously insurmountable disagreements (such as rule of Jerusalem or national defense, perhaps solved by dual claim to the city as a capital and acting center of government, and a border secured by a joint Israeli-Palestinian task force).
