We the undersigned propose a 28th amendment the the U.S. constitution that does not allow the president, congress, or senate to pass any law that pertains to the citizens of the United States but does not pertain to them.
28th amendment- No law shall be written or passed that only applies to the citizens of the United States and not to the congressional, senatorial or presidential electives.
