Every Local, State and Federal Law Enforcement and Mental Health Agency must report Arrests, Convictions, Mental Health concerns, Medications and Institutionalizations to the Firearm Owners Licensing Association, for immediate Suspension or Revocation of Gun Ownership Privileges.
(Currently, such medical and legal findings are reported quarterly or sporadically if at all)
