Federal officials postponed a crucial permitting decision for the proposed Keystone XL pipeline .Putting this decision off until after the 2012 elections does not represent the "change " we were promised from our President.Doing so not only makes that promise ring hollow, it delays a project for political purposes. Yes or no, or what ever decision is made should be on the merits of the project, not how many votes it may or may not produce.
