Proposition Vote would let inmates and parolies from California to be allowed to vote for only the presidential candidates. Inmates with the death penalty may not be eligible to vote. Inmates may not be able to vote for any propositions / measures nor anything else other than presidential candidates. Inmates will vote with ballots and be collected inside prison recreational centers. Parolies may only vote by mail and can not vote on propositions/measures.

Voting would all take place on normal election dates.
