its time to install safety drop down barriers at boarding platforms to prevent any person from accidentally falling or being intentionally pushed on the tracks.the roll up fences would go up when the train was in the station and stopped and would not allow the train to move while the fences were open. a system like this would save lives and eliminate the human factor.stations could be fitted with motion detectors to ensure no person was inside the barrier when the train was released to proceed to the next station.
