Mortgage companies have lied to millions of home owners in the Making Home Affordable Program, in the last few years. They throw home owners out of the program by saying clients have not provided financial documentation, when in fact the mortgage companies CANNOT SEE the information they ALREADY have in their computer system! Mortgage companies LIE, they CREATE FALSE GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS TO SCARE CLIENTS. Mortgage companies use DECEPTIVE tactics, and have no serious interest in helping clients as they make higher profits when they foreclose and re-sell the home. Mortgage companies are RAPING THE AMERICAN PUBLIC and MUST BE STOPPED! There is NO FEDERAL AGENCY that has any authority over mortgage companies.
