All individuals who authorized, conducted, or approved torture as outlined in 18 U.S. Code Sec. 2340 should be formally charged and prosecuted for violating the law. No individual to include the president are above the law. If foreign nations had conducted these activities against US Persons, the United States would be asking for judicial action. We must as a nation uphold the law and prosecute those responsible to prevent these actions from happening again.
