Prosecute ALL USE OF DEADLY FORCE BY LAW ENFORCEMENT WHEN NO FELONY IS IN PROGRESS (no maybes) as a federal offense.

Created by J.D. on November 26, 2014

It is far too common for police to draw their guns (rather than use non-lethal tools) even when no felony is being committed.

It should be obvious that when no one has been murdered or harmed in any way or nothing has been stolen or no firearm is present that there isn't a need for police to draw their guns or to shoot anyone.

Killing anyone who has not been tried is simply murder.

This should always be prosecuted as murder as a federal offense so that there is a higher authority to protect the public.

The use of deadly force on someone fleeing the police IS an illegal instant trial, verdict and execution.

Resisting arrest and running from the police should be a 5th Amendment right! Resisting arrest is not a license to kill! A bodybag is not detention.

Police the police federally.
