Prosecute and punish military rapists and protect and care for the affected victims, other male and female U.S. soldiers

PROTECT our soldiers - men and women serving our nation should NOT be raped!

Rapists must be punished and their crimes must be public. Military women raped by a fellow soldier who become pregnant from said incident MUST be provided for financially by the rapist OR our government - her and the child's health care should be covered, including abortions.
