Every member of Congress takes an oath of office and pledges to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.” Any Congress person who willfully violates this oath should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This includes any attack on the 2nd amendment to The Constitution of The United States of America.
