Animal abuse is unfortunately to common for some areas. Animals are shouldn't be overlooked in justice. Animals need justice. There shouldn't be any difference between abusing an animal and abusing a child.
Animal abusers should be prosecuted for a minimum of 5 years. Whether a dog, cat, elephant, pig, horse. We are all equal. No one shall rise against one another.
