prosecute any member of congress or senate that voted for any legislation without reading and understanding what they were voting for,they swore an oath to uphold the constitution of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. if such members voted on legislation without first making sure it was within the guidelines of our nations laws they should be prosecuted for treason. either resign or face jail time.

when these seats are emptied there should be a special election to fill these seats. one that is hand counted with at least one member from each major party present to prevent fraud.and id be shown before being allowed to vote such as drivers license, voter registration card ,or photo id . also prosecute any member of whitehouse staff which knowingly did'nt uphold there oath to the constitution.
