We, the people of the United States. want the banking executives at HSBC responsible for money laundering billions of dollars for al qaeda and drug cartels prosecuted to the full extent of the law. By allowing them to get away with this by just paying a fine ensures that they and now others (seeing that no one at HSBC went to jail) will continue breaking the law. This double standard in our justice system where the poor go to jail and the rich just buy their way out has to end.
