prosecute the banks that were--and are--operating in violation of SEC stautes and regulations.

Instead of brokering settlements that let banks off scott-free for their fraudulent transactions, prosecute them to the fullest of the law, put them in jail like other common criminals, recover our money, and use it to reduce mortgae rates and restore all the residences fraudulently stolen in unsupported, falsified, bankruptcy proceedings. Then fire everyone in the administration who has been advising conciliation and appeasement of the bankers. Stop pandering to the banks that have sequestered the money that should be out circulating in our economy, putting people back to work, repairing our crumbling schools, bridges, and roads. Keep faith with US, not the bankers! They may provide campaign money, but WE have the votes!
