It has been reported through reliable sources that Hillary and Bill Clinton and/or the Clinton Foundation received significant personal enrichment that would have significant influence of her official duties as a primary decision maker on matters related to the entities providing these gifts, donations and amounts. The amounts exceeded her government salary and could be considered a supplemental salary according to the federal statute. In addition, Bill Clinton, was paid extraordinary speakings fees, well above a reasonable fair market by the same entities that were engaged with important decisions being considered by the Secretary of State and it is completely unreasonable that as a married couple this would not have been communicated between Bill and Hillary Clinton and the foundation.
