According to the War Crimes Act of 1996, "grave breach[es]" of the Geneva Convention are considered felonies under United States law. We, the undersigned, demand that the Obama administration prosecute Bush administration officials including but not limited to Dick Cheney, George W. Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, John Yoo, Condoleezza Rice, and John Ashcroft for the systematic and widespread use of torture to question enemy detainees.
