Prosecute children, who defraud infirmed parents of their estates, hide proceeds from IRS, put parent in Medicare home.

Created by J.D. on October 26, 2011

Investigate elder children who steal parent's estate for own enrichment, hide true proceeds from IRS to avoid paying estate tax and place infirmed parent in group home paid each month by Medicare. Elder child with investment ties can hide proceeds of stolen estate proceeds for their own enrichment. Parent had small stroke and was not afforded cognitive therapy by elder child who was made guardian of person (GOP) by the court. Undue influence by GOP of parent must be explored. Placing infirmed parent in a group home paid for by Medicare when parent had good private health insurance in retirement is Medicare fraud. Concerned out-of-town child should be awarded same legal rights as local elder child and be permitted to visit with parent at any time to ensure proper level of care is provided.
