Government is charged with the oversight of its military, and any or all agents acting on behalf or under the jurisdiction and authority of said government.
With the release of the report on C.I.A. conduct in the area of aggressive interrogation techniques, many in the American public are unhappy with the administration's oversight of the agency, and the violations of human rights, civil rights, and the Geneva Convention when dealing with suspects captured in the war on terror.
The administration has further failed in its obligation to uphold its duties and responsibilities by prosecuting former C.I.A. Officer John Kiriakou.
We petition the administration to charge U.S.A.G. to prosecute all current or retired agents or subcontractors responsible for these violations.
