Prosecute CitiMortgage & Bank of America for intentionally falsifying mortgage modification documents and dates. This has been an unpunished epidemic by banks to be as lawless and unaccountable as they see fit. Holding banks accountable for deliberately losing or delaying documents while in process to intentionally avoid offering a qualified candidate a legitimate mortgage modification should be a felony.
