Cliven Bundy should be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Pointing guns at Federal officials engaged in lawful activities sanctioned by multiple Federal courts is unlawful and a danger to the the public welfare. Failure to prosecute Mr. Bundy sends a message that individuals can willfully refuse to follow the law for years, then get away with it because they make deadly threats against government officials.
