Companies involved in loss of classified information, such as in the Snowden case, are equally guilty and should be prosecuted accordingly. Furthermore, there should be Federal specification and oversight of the technologies and procedures used by companies having classified information to prevent stealing of such information including by cleared employees as well as by external spies.
