Prosecute the company, J.P. Morgan, as an individual for its continued violation of the law with the intent to disband.

Created by J.B. on July 18, 2013

J.P. Morgan has repeatedly broken laws as it conducts its business. Aside from being currently under investigation by several agencies, the firm has also:

1. Robo-signed documents and created faulty records to show its customers owed more than they actually did
2. Manipulated the LIBOR market to bilk other markets out of billions of dollars
3. Served as Bernie Maddoff's bank for over 20 years, and never once called into question his practices, thus failing at basic due diligence
4. The London Whale lost billions of other people's money in bad bets then tried to cover it up
5. Manipulated electricity markets in Ca and Midwest to make prices falsely attractive.

If a company is an individual with the IRS, then it should be one with the DOJ. Prosecute it with intent to disband.
