Mr Issa has deliberately attempted to misuse his position to wrongfully and dishonestly implicate and defame the president by misrepresenting and mischaracterizing the clear and documented actions of the IRS regarding investigating the suitability of petitions for 501(c)4 status. His behavior is an obvious violation of US Code 18/I/47/1001 (http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/uscode/18/I/47/1001). He should be prosecuted fully and immediately for his flagrant violation of law and misuse of his position.
