We the people, petition the Obama administration to investiage David Gregory of NBC's Meet The Press for brandishing on live TV, a 30-round magazine purportely for an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle on December 23, 2012. Mr. Gregory's act is in direct violation of the DC High Capacity Ammunition Magazine law, official code 7-2506.01. If the White House finds Mr. Gregory to be in violation of this DC law, we the people petion the Obama administion to encourge the DC District Attorney to prosecute Mr. Gregory, since he should not be held above the law.
