Prosecute NBC host David Gregory for violating Washington, D.C. gun laws.
On his Sunday December 23, 2012 program Gregory brandished a 30 round rifle magazine during his interview with Wayne LaPierre, in clear violation of city code 7-2506.01 which states:
(b) No person in the District shall possess, sell, or transfer any large capacity ammunition feeding device regardless of whether the device is attached to a firearm
