We the people, demand that Senator Dianne Feinstein from California is charged with terrorism and violating the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution which she swore to protect. To mis-classify a firearm such as the AR-15 as an "Assault Rifle" in order to create mass fear among American Citizens to apply your political agenda is terrorism and should be dealt with as such. We as Americans will NOT tolerate terrorism in any form, either foreign or domestic.
By definition, an assault rifle is a select-fire (either fully automatic or burst capable) rifle that uses an intermediate cartridge and a detachable magazine, therefore, since an AR-15 is not fully automatic nor burst capable, it is not an assault rifle.
