Cheney, Tenet, Rumself, and Wolfowitz conspired to present false intelligence about Saddam Hussein's weapons of mass destruction programs and his nonexistent links with Al Qaeda to President Bush and Congress in order to make the case for war. People should not be able to get away with starting wars based on false intelligence. We owe it to the Americans killed and injured in Iraq to prosecute the people who used false intelligence to create the case for war.
