prosecute Direct TV for excess violations of "Fed. Do Not Call Registration" violations and audit for bill manipulation

My Direct TV aka D_TV renew was due 8/1/15. On 5/26/15 D_TV. SPAM 7-9 SALES CALLS began. They refused to accept NO. I told them I am DIABETIC you are aggravating me, causing my Blood Sugar BS to spike. I had to tell the first D_TV solicitor no 5-6 times, Stop calling me! D_TV made nearly a dozen illegal market calls to me in less than a month. I kept saying, NO! I’m on SSI-no money. I told all 7 0r 8 D_TV sales reps NO! I finally complained to FED.DO.NOT.CALL.REG. I told D_TV-lower my level-I’m facing a rent increase. They’re office mgr. did opposite/raised my fees tripple from $27.00 up to $69.00. I rejected the increase 5 times insisted restore my ser
