Prosecute The Director of National Intelligence James Clapper for willfully lying under oath to the U.S. Congress

Created by T.J. on July 16, 2013

On March 12th, 2013 Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) asked James Clapper "Does the NSA collect any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans?" Director Clapper responded with "No, sir," "Not wittingly," "There are cases where they could inadvertently, perhaps, collect, but not wittingly."

We now know from the revelations from Whistleblower Edward Snowden that James Clapper was lying, while under oath to Congress. Even James Clapper himself has admitted to lying under oath, Quote: "My response was clearly erroneous — for which I apologize,"

We live in a country of laws, and we will not stand by while the Director of National Intelligence willfully lies to the United States Congress and The American People. We demand accountability for his actions.
