On July 27 2016 Donald Trump, using globally televised media as a communication venue did attemp to conspire to commit an act of espionage by incentivising another group or entity with reward from the very media who's broadcast he was using.
Such actions are in violation of paragraphs c and g of the espionage act. Paragraph c is clear and I quote "Whoever, for the purpose aforesaid, receives or obtains or agrees or attempts to receive or obtain from any person, or from any source whatever, ... knowing or having reason to believe, at the time he receives or obtains, or agrees or attempts to receive or obtain it, that it has been or will be obtained, taken, made, or disposed of by any person contrary to the provisions of this chapter; " By his own statements he believes they are classified.
