Dong Nguyen's games are a constant source of frustration and dismay for millions of Americans, as well as people worldwide. The feelings of inadequacy and worthlessness caused by Flappy Bird and Swing Copter negatively impact the standard of living of those poor individuals who play these games. As such, these games constitute a form of cruel and sadistic psychological warfare, which is a violation of fundamental human rights. As such, we humbly petition the President to ask the Justice Department to prosecute Mr. Nguyen for crimes against humanity.
