Prosecute Edward Snowden as a traitor for stealing and distributing information that compromises US security and lives.

Mr. Snowden stole and distributed strategic and top secret information that:
• Compromises national security by providing non-friendly foreign governments with information that will enable them to develop counter measures against present and future US efforts to safeguard the American public against foreign (and internally grown) threats
• Endangers lives of US citizens, at home and abroad, that defend those securities
If Mr. Snowden is not punished for his traitorous act, others could be encouraged to inappropriately reveal sworn secret information and further weaken the US position to defend its people against foreign aggression.
