To prosecute the executives of HSBC for their crimes, including money-laundering, aiding the enemy, and terrorism.

Created by M.A. on June 06, 2013

The DOJ has found enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that HSBC has aided criminals, terrorists, and even enemy states to move their money around US laws and sanctions. The DOJ has since let these executives walk without facing prosecution, and the bank only received a $1.9 billion fine, roughly equal to one weeks profits. If it weren't for the fact that they control one of the largest banks of the world they would already be facing life imprisonment. However, under the guise that they are far too important to the world economy to prosecute, they have gotten away with crimes that are tantamount to treason. Mr. President, there is not one person the world who can be held above the law, and it is your sworn duty to see that these criminals are brought to justice.
