Prosecute False Allegations of Domestic Violence.

Currently there are no consequences for women who file false domestic violence allegations in order to gain the upper hand in custody battles.
I am an officer in the military and have had my life turned upside down due to such false allegations. I currently cannot rent anywhere due to a domestic violence charge on my record. Not to mention I have yet to have my day in court, and "guilty until proven innocent!" This is a travesty. Not only am I looked on as a criminal, I am also in jeopardy of losing my military career due to this action. One would think a red flag would have went up when my EX arrived in court to file this order over two weeks after I left!! Although this is all bad enough, she didn't think about the well-being of my son!
