This is a petition aimed at ensuring that foreign and domestic terrorists will be prosecuted in Military court. This will ensure that all terrorists, as well as those who are being prosecuted for posing threats to our national security, will NOT be treated like common criminals and will be held to the higher standard of justice as they should be.
An individual who is accused of planning and/or committing and/or participating in a terrorist act should not be prosecuted in the same court as someone accused of insider trading. Those individuals accused of posing threats to our safety as American citizens should be prosecuted in the Military Court System to ensure that they receive the strictest penalties that this nation allows in accordance to the United States Constitution.
