We, the American people, demand an immediate investigation into the actions of Dick Cheney and George W. Bush, regarding war crimes committed during their tenure as Vice President and President of the United States. Ample evidence exists to support these claims, but a formal investigation must be conducted by the DOJ. The DOJ should follow the relevant rule of law in prosecuting these individuals -- and should be barred from considering any legal interpretations that are contrary to any article in the Constitution or Bill of Rights.
