George Bush and Dick Cheney should be prosecuted for war crimes, not abiding to the Constitution which they were sworn to protect and preserve, and for instituting laws which directly infringe on the freedoms and liberties guaranteed to the American people (The Patriot Act, PRISM, and the Valerie Plame scandal). The actions of the President also should be investigated for potentially lying to the American people over why we went to war in Iraq. We believe that no person, regardless of their political status, should be above the law. For a President to so blatantly disregard the Constitution is a complete slap in the face to the liberties of the American people as well as against the founding principals of this great nation.
