A government that claims to respect the rule of law and human rights cannot retain its credibility when it fails to investigate, and, where appropriate, prosecute individuals who have egregiously violated international law and conventions by torturing prisoners.
I urge the Obama administration to investigate and prosecute ALL government officials that were involved in the torturing of prisoners of war or any other person in any of the US military actions in the past ten years.
