All Americans are equal and none should be above the law regardless of outstanding circumstances such as being the supposed democratic presidential nominee for the upcoming election. We have prosecuted many more for minor offenses and it is unconsciable to think we may elect a Commander in Chief who would act in such an egregious manner. All citizens should be held to the same standards and laws and those in positions of legal and moral authority even more so.
