As someone granted access to classified information former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton did send and receive official government emails on a private email server that was out of the control of the U.S. Government. In the course of doing so, she sent and received classified information on an unclassified email system in direct violation of numerous laws. Many of these emails were relabeled to be "unclassified" - also a direct citation of the laws and directives pertaining to classified information. Her claim that she did not knowingly engage in such activities is unacceptable. Mrs. Clinton must be prosecuted in the same way that ANY other Government employee or contractor would be prosecuted for blatantly mishandling classified information.
