Everyday neighborhoods are changing and not necessarily for the better. It is proven that extemely high immigrant presence does not bring prosperity to communities. Apartments don't enforce the persons per unit limitation which takes up parking spaces from multiple cars and promote crime therefore further deteriorating the American way of life.
This also creates a place to "hide" other illegal immigrants.
