"Too big to fail" is now "Too big to prosecute." This is unacceptable. If anyone commits a crime of this nature, they should be prosecuted. End of story. There is no excuse. Is the War on Terror a joke?

If HSBC is not prosecuted, we as a nation are agreeing: "If you can influence the economy, you can commit crimes such as murder or terrorism, and get away with it." Is that a world you want to live in?
