To date, not a single person has been prosecuted for the HSBC money laundering and funding of terrorist activities. Why are we harassing a Aaron Swartz to the point of suicide but not going after the executives responsible for helping terrorists and drug cartels launder money??? A financial penalty that takes them four weeks to recoup is hardly going to deter them from doing this again. The amount of catering to corporations is sickening and needs to stop by holding the feet of those who profit the most to the fire for the actions from which they profit.
