Prosecute HSBC fully for its money laundering charges, and ultimately revoke its banking license.

Created by Z.M. on March 20, 2013

According to the Guardian: "Had the US authorities decided to press criminal charges, HSBC would almost certainly have lost its banking licence in the US."

HSBC allegedly laundered money for drug cartels in Mexico and undermined banking sanctions against certain nations (like Iran and Libya) under fire for human rights violations.

Tell the Administration that no one is too big to fail; no one is too big for the law. HSBC must pay for its crimes and other banks must learn from their example. Tell Eric Holder and the Obama Administration to prosecute this towering giant. They are not above the law.
