prosecute HSBC, shut the bank down, try the persons responsible for a billion dollars of money laundering.

Created by T.C. on March 11, 2013

Elizabeth Warren was absolutely right. This administration has not responded. The various governmental agencies cannot point fingers at one another for why HSBC was let off the hook.

This is a core law enforcement function that falls squarely within the executive's responsibility. "Too big to fail" is not an excuse.

Whatever the economic costs, it will be less than undermining the confidence in our criminal justice system. Others in HSBC's position must be dissuaded from engaging in this conduct. (This is the definition of law enforcement.)

HSBC laundered a billion dollars for narcoterrorists. it should cease to exist and prosecutions should seek convictions and significant prison time for the individuals responsible for this outrageous crime knowingly perpetrated for years.
