The fine was a joke, these people knew exactly what they were doing and that it was against the law. Fines and prison time is in order. The first to be jailed should be the CEO then the CFO and right down the line, anyone who had knowledge that they were breaking the law needs to be prosecuted. No low level managers, we want from the top down change. This will send a clear message to these people who think they are above the law that they will lose everything if they break the law.
