We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Prosecute the individuals and corporations recommended for criminal investigation following the 2008 economic crisis

Created by K.J. on September 21, 2016

During the greatest US economic downturn since the Great Depression, millions of people lost their homes and jobs and trillions of dollars were drained from ordinary US citizen’s retirement savings accounts.

Recently released documents from the Financial Crisis Enquiry Commission, which investigated the cause of the economic downturn, also recommended specific individual bank CEOs and institutions who played a direct role in causing the financial crisis and who should be investigated for criminal activity.

Due to intense public interest in the cause of the economic downturn, these individuals should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for their role which caused thousands of people to lose their homes and retirement savings.
